What should I do while waiting for you to arrive?
Move valuables and furniture away from areas where water is coming in. Place buckets or bins to collect dripping water. Do not go on the roof yourself. Wet or storm-damaged roofs are extremely dangerous. Take photos of interior water damage for insurance purposes. We will handle the rest when we arrive.
