IToch Roofing was founded in 1999 by Ivaylo — a craftsman who believed that North Shore homeowners deserved better than what the market was offering. Too many contractors were showing up late, using inferior materials, and disappearing the moment a problem arose. Ivaylo decided to build the company he wish existed: one where every homeowner felt like a neighbor, not a transaction.

Starting with a single crew in Bannockburn, IToch Roofing grew steadily through word-of-mouth — the only marketing that truly matters in the contracting business. Homeowners referred their neighbors. Neighbors referred their colleagues. Over 25 years, we have completed thousands of projects across Deerfield, Highland Park, Northbrook, and the entire North Shore.
